Closing Thoughts for 2004 Second, we are thankful for being included in some of the leading initiatives promoting technology within our industry. This year we were fortunate to finish up our work on the AICPA's Special Committee for the Enhanced Business Reporting Model. Our participation allowed us to be on the forefront of understanding how business information will be developed and distributed in the future. We also served another year as Chairman of the AICPA's Information Technology Executive Committee which included field trips to industry leaders such as Intuit and Postini. Our responsibilities in the year ahead will be to promote initiatives to grow the AICPA's IT Membership Section, as well as to provide practical guidance for the the utilization of the AICPA's Top Technologies, which we also served on the task force another year. Once again, we participated and presented at the AICPA TECH, AICPA Practitioners Symposium, Association for Accounting Administration National Conference, and Hudson Sawyer Management Summit, where real leading edge solutions are formulated and discussed amongst the top accounting firms in the country. Third, we are grateful for the recognition the industry has provided us in being included in the Accounting Today Most Influential 100 people for our fifth year straight. We also were listed as one of the most recommended consultants by INSIDE Public Accounting. Being recognized as an industry leader has allowed us to be included in rewarding projects such as contributing to PPC's Management of an Accounting Practice Handbook and writing this year's Guide to Understanding and Controlling Spam for the AICPA. Fourth, we are thankful for the adventures and memories that 2004 provided us including running a marathon, vacationing in San Diego and Canada, hiking across the Grand Canyon, and the multitude of camping trips and S'mores burnt with the Y-Indian Guides program. Finally, I am thankful for the friends I have made along the way, my wife Sylvie and our boys that have supported my efforts to make InfoTech Partners North America, Inc. one of the leading CPA Firm technology consulting firms in the country. Having such friends and family makes it all worthwhile when I look back on all that we have accomplished in the past five years, those items that I am able to do for you my clients today, and the opportunities I can dream about for all of us in the future. Accordingly, we will be closing our offices through the New Year to spend time with family. Have a wonderful Holiday Season. We look forward to talking to you next year!
