ExSTRM Technology Review:
The ExSTRM Technology Review process summarizes the firm’s information technology infrastructure, highlights weaknesses and provides recommendations for immediate implementation based on the firm’s business direction and existing equipment and software.

It requires the client complete the ExSTRM Inventory form prior to our visit, and make staff available throughout the onsite visit (usually one day) for interviews. Two to five members from Tax, Audit, Accounting, Administration, and network support must each attend interviews, and the owners must attend a two-hour education/summary of findings session at the conclusion of the ExSTRM Technology Review.  This is followed up with a detailed written report within three business days that lists specific recommendations and areas where the firm is already excelling. The ExSTRM Technology  requires one day on-site and one and a half days offsite to complete.

The ExSTRM Technology Review process is $6,000 plus expenses for firms with greater than 70 personnel/workstations or three locations, $5,500 for firms with between 40 and 70 personnel/workstations, and $5,000 for firms with less than 40 members/workstations through April 15, 2009.

ExSTRM Vision Program:
Your Vision Program encompasses the development of your comprehensive Plan and Budget and builds on the ExSTRM Technology Review, which must be completed prior to the Vision Program. The process entails an in-depth interview of key management and technology personnel, to understand not only their current issues, but also to educate them on today’s technology direction. This will allow them to "see" and create the vision of what their firm will become.

The Vision program is custom-tailored to each client depending on specific needs, and entails the education and interviewing of the majority of the staff. The deliverable is a two-year technology plan and budget with specific action steps and personnel assignments.

Specific recommendations regarding action items, timelines and equipment are also included in the budget. The use of InfoTech Partners’ experienced facilitators reduces the time consuming process of developing the program from a few weeks or months to days.

The fee for the Plan and Budget is calculated on the number of workstations/FTE personnel and the number of offices in the Firm. Days are estimates of person days required of InfoTech Partners. For Firms with more than 125 personnel and/or four offices, please call (480) 706-1728 for pricing.

ExSTRM Vision Partner Program:
Monthly support for your Firm’s Vision Plan implementation is available for $5,000 plus expenses through April 15, 2009, which includes one onsite visit each month and up to four hours of telephone consultation. This program is available on a month to month basis as needed during implementation phases. ExSTRM Vision Telephone Support is available for $2,000 per month through April 15, 2009, with a three-month minimum, and includes up to four hours telephone consultation per month.
